To describe the value in a single word, WOW. We had a suite on the 16th floor. It was nothing short of amazing for the price. I travel a lot, and I would regard this as one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in. The suite was large and furnished with good quality furniture. The living area and kitchen are large and there is also a desk. The bedroom had a dressing room and another small living room. The general decor was very pleasing. The staff are friendly and efficient. There was a great choice for breakfast, plus free afternoon tea (may have been just for the suites though). Overall I am very happy with this hotel. If I travel to Kaohsuing again, this would be my choice for accommodation

The wifi seemed to be a little patchy and the closest metro line was a good 10 - 15 minute walk (this is personal preference though, I don't like catching buses).

Room lighting controls were only on one side of the bed. Only one towel hook in bathroom. Foosball table had many broken players…looked cute, but not playable.

Excellent hotel with high CP.

Stayed in a triple room. 2 huge king bed, big sofa area with 60" TV and wide selections of movie. Breakfast was superb, variety from local to western and Japanese.. Supermart opposite hotel, 7/11 across the street, local eatery beside hotel and many more few block away, self service laundry 2 block away at NT100 wash and dry. Nearest metro station - Farmosa Boulevard approximately 5 to 10mins walk. Exit 11 on stair, Exit 6 with Escalator. No lift from any exit within. Liuhe night market next to the metro station. Definitely a great choice for friends, group and family.

No gym or pool. Lift can accommodate max 4 person with luggage. 2 lift in the hotel.

Good value for money

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We got a free happy hour with snacks and drinks.

The shower did not work at first (rain shower on top), because the hose was not attached to the shower head. Luckily my boyfriend was kind of handy and fixed it, but it was not ideal. Moreover, the airconditioning was quite loud and also the noise from the street was very loud.

Location is not so ideal. Some distance from the mrt, TRA and further from high speed rail. Not many shops within close proximity. However, not difficult to take uber or cab from hotel to go places.

Great family vacation

The themed concept was very cool, my family loved it. The kids were gobsmacked walking into the room and it's very spacious for them to play in. We highly recommend it.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay (3 nights) so the bins were filling up and recycling bottles were piling. We were given bin liners to clear ourselves, but it wasn't made clear where to put the rubbish bags.

Great stay, huge room

Size of the room was big, there was a dining area, living area, writing desk, very comfy bed and the toilet was equipped with both a bath tub and a shower head. Staff were also helpful and polite throughout and was helpful that there was a ramp at the outside to help us roll our luggages up with ease. Location was convenient too!

Breakfast wasn't included which was a bit different from our other taiwan stays, and the walk from the train station, though relatively near, might be bumpy at times cos you'd have to walk on the roads.

Very good!

High value for money and amazingly spacious room. The location is very good. Staff was very professional. Loved the shower, you also get a bathtub. Great view from my room. The hotel is very stylish and well know!

The breakfast room is not that nice. I had some issues in setting then AC, my room was a bit cold.

Spacious and comfort rooms, good hotel location, nearby metro station. Good selection of buffet breakfast, everyone can choose what he likes. Also there are several good restaurants in the area for dining options. Separate laundry room which was good for us as we stayed for 1 week.
